About this house rental

Welcome to Rosko Ridge where cottage charm meets newly remodeled modern convenience. The Ridge is located in the heart of wine country. It is Just a short drive to area beaches, Geneva on the Lake, Historic Ashtabula Harbor, The Grand River Valley Wine Region, Spire Institute, and more. There is a fully equipped kitchen to meet all of your cooking needs, including a gas stove/oven, full sized refrigerator/ freezer, and microwave. We provide complimentary WiFi, RokuTV, and a coffee bar. The Ridge has two bedrooms and one full bathroom with space for six people, including two queens and a set of twin bunk beds. Original woodwork and light fixtures adorn this house. The backyard boasts a scenic meadow view and a new fire pit. Come and relax with us!

Exactly as described. Excellent value. Spacious for 4-6 people. Great place to cook a meal and relax as a family between local destinations. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a weekend swim competition for our kids at spire. It is so close and convenient. Quiet neighborhood, cute house with an older home charm. The only complaint (not even a real complaint), the driveway is narrow and no turn around. Backing in recommended

Very unsafe drive with no turnaround to back onto busy road. No outside light at the back door which is the only door allowable. Bugs in the house, leaking fridge, smelly couch. Very low lighting throughout. Host never checked with us during our 21 day stay. I reported a power outage to the host which they did let me know there was an accident and working on restoration. Host never checked to see if it was restored. All in all, not the greatest.

Great place with good coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, televisions and good beds. We did run out of toilet paper and we had to fix the door handle to keep it working but minor issues compared to great rental overall.

The road is very busy and disturbing if you're not used to that amount of noise. On day one we had to deal with a lot of ear wigs around. Not a big deal to me, but the kids were scared of them. I would recommend to add a dish drainer and more towels both in the bath and kitchen. Also, add a current CO/CO2 detector. There was one but the date on it was older. A lovely little place though. We enjoyed it.

We were in town for weekend swim meet at Spire. Perfect location to everything and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Place is just like advertised. Enjoyed being able to rest and relax between swim sessions. We will definitely stay here again for future trips to the area. Thank You for everything and for sharing your cute cozy place.

This property was great!!! We were in town for a weekend Volleyball tournament. We were literally 8 min. from Spire, 5 min from Dunkin Donuts, which is a must in my life. (LOL) We were able to enjoy some wineries and Distilleries while we were there. The home was perfect! It had everything we needed. Very clean, and the owners were on it as far as communication and answering all my needs prior to booking. from looking at the property when you first pulled up, I'm not going to lie, I was like... Oh Boy. Then we went inside and it was perfect. So cute and full of character. Thank you so much

This house was very clean and comfortable for our stay. It came with free wifi and Netflix was already connected. Very close to a lot of wineries and some restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return ! Thank you for keeping the house clean and comfortable.

To the south there are wineries and covered bridges. To the north is the coast and light houses. Tying it all together is small towns and big smiles!!!. Before and afterwards is a very well appointed home to relax reflect and plan in! The place was very clean and the owner very responsive to any issues!!! We would highly recommend this place to ANYBODY!!!! Excellent job on making this place comfortable!!!!!
