Overall our stay was a good. After several days of searching for a place to stay, as my family prepared to visit Cleveland for the first time, we came across this place. Of course like many, we turned to the reviews. There were some issues early on, but Dedra responded immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. Her communication and effort to quickly resolve issues, was comforting.The house itself felt safe and comfortable for my family. The neighborhood as well as neighbors were nice. The house was spacious. Everything was in close proximity of our destinations. Dedra was thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated.Because of the initial challenges, I can’t give a full 5 stars, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — or at any property owned by Dedra. She truly cares about her guests and it showed. If you are looking for somewhere to stay I highly recommend this place. I've never had a home owner communicate and be as helpful as Dedra.

Property was easy to find and access.
Plenty of space for the four of us.
Amenities need to be improved. For example, not enough towels and wash cloths for the 4 of us, no toaster could be found, tv was difficult to connect to wifi we were only able to access Google TV during our stay, ac waa great downstairs but had to turn the thermostat to 60 to cool off the upstairs, glad each room had a ceiling fan(it was 90 degrees), no hand towels in downstairs bathroom or dish towels for the kitchen., advertising stated use of garage but was not able to put the car in it due to it filled with boxes, the beds were very uncomfortable. The houae seems to be having some repairs done to it, there was puty tubes laying on the kitchen counter and foot prints the floor from something. There were no check out directions provided to let know what was to be done with garbage, dirty towels, or bedding. Overall, the stay fit our basic needs but lacks the fine details needed to make it a more enjoyable experience.
