Located on one of the most prestigious streets in the city, parallel to Alcalá Street, just a few steps away from iconic places in Madrid such as the well-known Alcalá Gate, El Retiro Park, Cibeles Square or Serrano Street.
In this area, highlighted for its exclusive high-end offering, there are many of the city's most well-known restaurants and shops. Furthermore, you can walk to several of Madrid's most important museums, thus enjoying its cultural heritage.
The Apartment:
This luxurious apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, preceded by a flight of stairs.
The classic French style of the property, with beautiful wooden flooring, large balconies overlooking the street, and high coffered ceilings, has been combined with warm décor seeking natural materials and soft colours to create a warm atmosphere. The apartment has capacity for 8 people distributed across 3 double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms are oriented towards interior courtyards and all have wardrobes, one of them with direct access to the hall through a glass door and privacy that has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, the apartment has another bathroom that opens onto the hallway. The kitchen, at the end of the hallway, oriented towards an interior courtyard, is fully equipped and has a round table for breakfast, has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven-microwave and other small appliances.
This apartment has wifi, central heating and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and in the living room. Undoubtedly, staying in it will turn any stay in Madrid into an unforgettable experience. It is definitely a welcoming place in an excellent area.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.

We enjoyed the quiet location and the apartment was quite comfortable. It was clean and our teenage girls loved the decor. The windows in the living room were very nice to open for fresh air. The little restaurant downstairs was very accommodating and enjoyable. The only downsides were a shower that was slow to drain, the kitchen didn’t have a towel or paper towels to dry anything on and there were no cooking utensils. Nothing major and did not impact our stay. Overall it was lovely!

We came to Madrid for a Family wedding and it was the perfect location and size of house. Communication with staff was always perfect and check in process was in a different location than the home but staff super friendly and in no time we had the keys.

The front room was nice but we couldn't enjoy it the first night (a Wednesday) as the apartment is right above a Cervezeria and there was a loud group singing, eating etc. out on the sidewalk until late. Luckily, the next few nights were quiet as they were closed, probably for the holiday weekend. Beware if you are choosing this apartment for a quieter area. The bedrooms were more insulated from the sound which was a plus. However, the windows were facing the interior of the building, so not a lot of natural light, and no view. In the master bedroom, the wardrobe was wonky (not well made or assembled?). The bathrooms felt dated or not well-maintained (shoddy tile work). The shower pipes in the master bath made a really unpleasant screeching sound, the sliding door looked like it was coming off it's track, and there were metal bars sticking out that must have been for shelving.The kitchen is very outdated and what the pictures don't show is the lack of lighting over the small table. Instead, there is just naked wiring hanging down. The only light was unfinished neon tube lighting. We were not comfortable cooking there because the hood vent was did not work. It's clear that this is a known problem as part of it was chipping and part of it was taped.The location itself is nice, though we found it hard to find a good grocery store nearby. Overall, we did not find this to be as comfortable or as pleasant as a stay as we had hoped and certainly not at this price point.
