This beautifully renovated victorian, built in 1910, is located in the heart of the Mapleton Hill historic district. Being at the base of Mt. Sanitas in a quiet neighborhood within a 5 minute walk to the center of the Pearl Street mall, you will be able to enjoy the best of what Boulder has to offer without ever getting in your car. Enjoy a hike up Sanitas Valley or the new Anemone trails, relax on the front porch with a view of the Flatirons, and then stroll down Pearl Street for shopping and fantastic dining. Super cute farmhouse style home in Mapleton area. Easy walk to Pearl Streer but nice and quiet for sleeping!

This home felt warm and inviting. Well stocked kitchen, easy layout, private space to do work, but plenty of gathering places indoor and outdoor. We will look to stay again at this location so close to town!!!
