About this house rental

Fully remodeled home with gorgeous patios and mountain views. Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder.

The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Lots of sleeping room for large parties. Zoned for 3 unrelated parties

In the summer the garden is filled with home grown vegetables which you are welcome to cook with.

Luxury accommodations for large groups. All modern appliances, comfortable beds, can seat everyone at large table. Younger members of our group enjoyed the hot tub. Even a 1st floor bedroom & full bath with walk in shower for handicap senior citizen. There was nothing lacking - met our every need.

Our Family had the best time in your perfect family home. We enjoyed cooking in your gourmet kitchen, eating all together on your beautiful farm table and watching movies together on your big comfy couch. We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding at Wedgewood Boulder Creek. It was perfect. The location and set up of the home could not have been better. The bridesmaids got ready at the house. The place was unusually decorated in a very tasteful way. Getting in was easy and checking out too. The place was well stocked with pillows linen and towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. The hot tub was a real plus and worked great. The Owner was very nice and helpful. Gorgeous house with all the trimmings. It's rare to find a rental so fully stocked with cleaning supplies, cooking equipment, and run of the mill necessities. That was unexpected and very helpful. Great location. Easy to get to both Pearl St and the hiking trails at Chautauqua. Our huge complaint is the sheets and towels. Every single bed had sheets that smelled of other people (presumably previous guests). One bed was missing the top sheet. The towels in every bathroom smelled of either other people or mildew. Given the high price of the rental, that's just unacceptable. We had to wash all the sheets and towels. Absurd. Relying on previous guests to follow your check-out process is sheer stupidity. Get a linen service. Niggling complaint: every pantry cabinet (and there are not many) is overflowing with previous guests leavings. There was zero room to put our things away which means our counter space was filled with all our food. The fridge was similarly stuffed—and a lot of that food was expired or unnecessary (I'm looking at you 4 bottles of soy sauce and salsa from MARCH of this year). Again, for rental cost the cleaning should have been so much better.

This is our second time renting this property. Each time was a five star visit. The home is perfect for a group of 8-10 people with great common areas indoors and out, as well as comfortable private spots. Also, the location is so convenient to walk or short drive to hiking, dining and shopping. We have stayed at many short term rentals all over the world. This home stands out among all the others. The owner was very accommodating and handled all my requests very well.

We were in Boulder for a wedding and it was great to have family over for lunch and to hang out.
