This spacious 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom house is perfect for a family or group of 8 people looking to enjoy all that Boulder, CO has to offer. The house is located at the base of the Mount Sanitas trail and a half mile walk to downtown Boulder restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Additionally, guests who enjoy bike riding will find this location ideal for easy access to road, mountain, and gravel rides. Beautiful outdoor spaces in the front and back of the house allow guests to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail in a comfortable and relaxed environment. The basement offers opportunities for gaming and an indoor skate ramp! Master bathroom includes a fabulous steam shower and soaking tub where guests can unwind after a full day of outdoor fun.
