About this apartment rental

Newly renovated pool/hot tubs/gym/sauna/steam room/game room/movie room on site. Open year-round!

Experience everything Breck has to offer from this downtown Village 1 bedroom. Ski-in/ski-out, located at the base of Peak 9 & steps from Main Street, shopping and dining. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace (rare find!)

Please note that there is no parking on-site for this unit. Car(s) can be parked at the Ice Rink pay lot located half a mile from the property and serviced by the free bus system.

The space
• Located in the Shavano building, the closest residential building to the Quicksilver Lift.
• Bedroom has a king bed and covered patio with mountain views.
• Living room features a sofa bed
• Full kitchen open to the living room and dining area
• Dedicated entryway with storage
• Wood burning fireplace (fire starters and wood provided)

Parking:
There is no parking on-site. Guests may park their car(s) at the Ice Rink pay lot, located half a mile from the property. Easily walkable or you can also take the free ride bus 2 stops from the parking lot to across the street from the Village complex

- Location: Just inside the Peak 9 Inn garage, by the Health Club door
- Size: LARGE! Will fit luggage for a family of 4 and skis
- Hours: 8am – 8pm
- Reservations to use can be made in the app after checking-in
- Day use ONLY - NO overnight storage
- All items must be removed by 8pm*
- *If utilizing the locker on check-out day, items must be removed by 5PM (property access expiration time).
After 5PM, users will not be able to access their belongings without assistance.

Village Location:
• Several restaurants are also located in the area and over in Main Street Station as well as a ski shop, wine bar, and clothing stores. Just short walk from the condo building.
• The Village which is situated at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift. *Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. Dates are always subject to change. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses.
• The complex is located on Park Ave, about 1 block from Main Street. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk.
• Summer festival and events typically take place in the Village and/or Main Street Station including beer festivals, art festivals, and farmer's markets.

Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash.
• Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided at the pool.

• We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.
• Well-stocked properties with quality items.

Other things to note
» Maximum occupancy (4) cannot be exceeded at any time.
» There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
» Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.***
» Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» The minimum age to rent is 21
» While all facilities are scheduled to be open year round, they are managed by the HOA and unexpected closures may occur. We will try to communicate any known closures but cannot guarantee that all the amenities will be open at any given time.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
