You’ll also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities in the Village — and Breck’s Main Street is only steps away. Your group will thank you for finding this place!
This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is a perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to six. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, and a wood fireplace; it’s the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. There’s a balcony off the living area with mountain views as well. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to whip up a spectacular meal. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table, as well as three seats at the counter.
This condo unit offers easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, and you’ll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

The rental was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of room and we loved the wood burning fireplace. We watched Christmas movie and drank hot chocolate/coffee. The location was walking distance to the slopes and Main Street!

Love the property. 200 ft. to the lift. 300 ft. to Main St. you can’t beat the location. The condo was well appointed. The beds could be softer. Otherwise, perfect.

Good location. Building only has one elevator so that was a pain. We were told parking was limited and we could only park at the building one night. Parking passes never worked and then there were at least 7 open spots in that location throughout our stay. Manual rfid keys worked once and then stopped so it left my kids locked out unless we were with them with the digital versions. Overall not horrible but I’ve had much better overall experiences.
