This ski-in, ski-out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

Excellent condo, spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location is excellent as is walkable to town and slopes. Hot tub and pool facilities were perfect. We are definitely going to book here again in the future

Super great location and an excellent property - highly recommend. My only feedback is that the beds (for us) were super hard, perhaps a pillow top mattress cover could have helped. Otherwise not a single complaint, it was a great experience.

The house is beautiful with good solid beds, great location, nice kitchen, and beautiful TV screen. I would stay here again. My only negative feedback is that the parking was not always available. VRBO states that there is a parking space available, but then the rental goes through Summit rentals and they say that it is not guaranteed. We worked it out so that we park temporarily someplace else, but I thought that should be addressed for a future visitors.

It’s more like dealing with a hotel. Every time I reached out, it was someone different. I’ve always had the peace of mind once I have paid in full of having the address, etc. that was not the case. The description said it had a grill, we were there for Thanksgiving and the grill was quite a distance in 20 degree weather, not to mention that it didn’t work. The beds were the HARDEST we have ever slept on in both rooms. Some things needed attention but I let them know. With all that being said, we go to Breckenridge yearly and have always had the best experience. It was a more modern, newer condo so that was good and the location with garage and elevator were nice.
