Village Penthouse at Wetterhorn Condo is a spacious, sunny 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for families and groups up to eight people. The views of the Town of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains are simply awesome! Settle into the cozy living area after a day on the slopes and exchange stories about your favorite runs of the day. Or curl up by the fireplace and watch the snow fall on the mountains through the huge picture windows. Of course, there’s also a flat-screen TV to catch a movie or the early morning snow report.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats four, as well as room for two more at the counter. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, shuttle service, heated underground parking for one vehicle, access to the Village Childcare Center in the winter, a sports shop with equipment rental and storage, and a concierge/activities desk. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - Living area: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

Summit Mountain Rentals Management did a great job with communications from the start of the reservation. The condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for skiing and shopping. The activities center, hot tubs and heated pool was very nice and well kept.

This property was in a very convient location which made slope time so much more plentiful. The check in process is quite poorly managed. There is a front desk at this location which is staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. The glitch, not all properties in the building are managed by these representatives. I would stay in location again but would book directly through Summit Mountain Rentals.
This condo is in desperate need of new carpet. The space had an odd odor and the furnishings were quite dated.
