Gorgeous house. House was clean, well maintained. It was in a nice quiet location and had a coffee bar, fire pit, and a jacuzzi. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay at this location again.

We went to Austin for a long weekend to enjoy some family time and good food. The house exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and never encountered a house with more amenities that felt like home. The kitchen is fully stocked, not vacation-stocked with a few utensils and appliances. We made good use of the coffee bar and ice machine, especially. The AC was awesome. We loved the 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The neon light over the sofa was so fun to take pictures under. The location was great for us. Downtown was an easy 15-20 minute trip. We weren’t far from an HEB and other shopping options. The hosts were responsive and helpful. They even messaged us just to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Overall, it was a great place, and we enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and in a nice part of North Austin. It was clean and the AC worked great. The original posting had more BR's that the house actually had, I believe it was an honest mistake after speaking with the property management team. It's 3 BR and 2.5 Baths. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. 4.5 in my opinion. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure.
