This home is located in a quiet neighborhood of north Austin, so you can enjoy some peace and quiet while still being close to everything! The home has been professionally decorated with comfort and quality in mind for our guests- comfy beds, plush linens, Smart TVs, a great outdoor space, dining areas to gather around, a fully equipped kitchen, and more!
The one-story home offers large living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as 4 spacious bedrooms boasting three queen-sized beds and a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, which is tucked away from the rest of the house. There are 2 bathrooms- one is shared with the toilet and shower area able to be separated and the other is an oversized ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and jetted soaking tub. There are 2 desk spaces- perfect for those working remotely! There is also a laundry room and a 2-car garage. The kitchen is well-equipped with items like a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer, Keurig, coffee maker, crockpot, blender, baking dishes, and the list goes on! The family room has tons of natural light, comfy seating, and a fireplace you can all gather around to either play games or enjoy the smart TV! The dining area comfortably sits 8 with more seating at the island and another table in the eat-in kitchen area so you can gather around to enjoy a nice meal together. The house has a lovely open floor plan with loads of natural light. The master jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The whole place was really clean. The gas fireplace made it really cozy. The couple of times I contacted management they responded quickly. It was really nice to be able to park in the garage.
The issue I had with the property was the bed. It was very firm and we were uncomfortable. I told management this when I left and they were grateful I did. They will be looking into this and hopefully upgrading the mattress. Overall, a good experience.

Lots of bedroom space, kitchen, and living area. Quiet neighborhood too. The property management team was very responsive while planning the trip and while we were staying at the house.
It worked out perfectly for our plans to travel around the area, see the eclipse and visit family.
We found favorite places to visit and need to explore more on our next stay. We would stay again at this property.

We booked to be close to a few soccer fields, but the tournament was canceled due to weather. We were unable to cancel, as we were within days of the stay and there is a 30 day cancel rule to get a refund. I think that's excessive. Nevertheless, we came and found a home in okay shape, but there lots of little things that could have been better. When we first arrived, the house was 58 degrees inside. The heater was turned on, and it was fine by the evening. In the rooms there is a fan with a remote. The remotes hardly worked, so lights and fan speed was hard to control. Lights have dimmers, and some wouldn't stay bright. The yard was mostly mud, so dragging mud inside was impossible not to do. Location was great for coffee, food, and entertainment. Not the worst at all, and I appreciate the property manager talking through the weather issue quickly, but I won't book here again.
