Arrived shortly after 4:00 pm on 7/22/2023. Access to condo was simple, condo was very clean. Other than the following two items there were no problems and we would, without hesitation, stay at this condo again
1. The heating elements on the stovetop do not plug in evenly, resulting in a surface that is ‘not flat’ for pits/pans to sit on while cooking. This could be a safety issue.
2. The temperature of the hot water seems to be set at a very high temp. In seconds the water is scalding hot. Once this is realized it was not an issue,but, a small child or an elderly person might not move fast enough to a sound burns.
Other than those two items, all was pretty close to perfect.

The location was good. The place was clean and a perfect size for what we needed. The beds were very uncomfortable though. My biggest issue is that when booking through VRBO the listing said pet fees included when you say yes to pets in your search. This put us within the price range we were looking for. As with all rentals you get a limited time frame for cancels so it was very frustrating that we received an email three days prior to our check-in....which was past out cancelation time frame...that the location it's self required a $20 per car parking fee plus additional fees for having a pet. The fee we were told we would have to pay was an additional $150. Not to mention you are required to submit vaccination records for your pet as well. This left us rearranging were our dog stayed while down for the weekend. Luckily family was able to accommodate. My other complaint was that we arrived very late on a Friday night. So we planned on checking in with the office the next day to get codes for various access. Well the office was closed. Reached out to vacasa for codes. Was told we had to pay the fees before getting the codes and that the office would be open at 11am. Went to the office at 11:30am and it was still closed. Scanned the qr code payed parking fee that ended up being $26 dollars not $20. The sign on the door said come back for wrist bands and parking info. Checked blue boxes periodically the rest of our stay and our info was never put in the box like I was instructe
