Dear Vacation Guests!
This end-of-row house is centrally located in a quiet area at the end of a walkway. It offers six permanent sleeping arrangements in three bedrooms, a trundle bed in the children’s room, and a travel crib.
All bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. All rooms on the first floor and upper floor are tiled.
Ground Floor:
The first floor features an open-concept kitchen with all necessary appliances.
A dining table with six chairs and two high chairs connects the kitchen to the open living area. This area is furnished with a large corner sofa, a table, and a TV armchair. Entertainment options include a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi stereo system, as well as books for all ages, board games, and children’s toys.
The large, sheltered terrace facing southwest, along with a garden shed featuring a grill, a clothesline, and patio furniture—including umbrellas—expands the living space when the weather permits.
A restroom and a storage room with an ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner round out the accommodations.
Upper floor:
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious closet, and a radio alarm clock. The children’s room, with two single beds, is equipped with a wardrobe, a table with two chairs, books, and a cassette player (including CD and MC).
The bathroom, featuring a shower, sink, toilet, toilet seat adapter, step stool, children’s toilet seat, towel radiator, and hair dryer, is accessible from the hallway and located between the two rooms.
Attic:
In the attic, there is an open room accessible from the stairwell, featuring a double bed and a skylight. This spacious area is equipped with another flat-screen TV, chairs, and a sideboard.
