Pleasant 4 rooms with sea view of about 65m2 with private parking. It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with bunk beds 2x90 cm, a kitchen open to the living room with dishwasher, microwave, induction plates, oven, a loggia, a TV and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms including one with terrace, with each bed 140 cm, a bathroom with washing machine and toilet.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €).- High chair rental : 15 € week- Baby cot rental : 15 € week- Wi-Fi rental box : 39 € week- A pet is welcome: a supplement of 18€ per week will apply for his stay.The rental must be made clean and in good condition.You will be asked to regularize the security deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and will be required to make it before your arrival (no cash or cheque).We are approved Holiday Cheques.Not suitable for PMRs.Information on the risks to which this property is exposed is available on the Georisques website: www.georisques.gouv.fr The keys are to be recovered from CityGest from 3pm until 5pm (6pm in summer).
