About this house rental
This charming fisherman's house in Port-Vendres enjoys a superb sea view and is ideally located in the heart of the port of Port-Vendres. You will appreciate the proximity of shops, restaurants, wine cellars, cinema, and even the sale of fish in the mornings on the port. Bright and air-conditioned, the house is organized on 3 levels and benefits from a pleasant garden for your holidays.
On the first floor, garage and spacious cellar to store your beach equipment or bicycles for example. Free parking in the street in front of the house.
On the 1st floor: entrance, air-conditioned living room opening onto a terrace with sea view and equipped kitchen open to the living room (induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).

On the 2nd floor: 3 spacious bedrooms each equipped with a double bed (2 beds 140 x 190 and 1 bed 140 x 200) with sea view for two of them and French windows overlooking the garden for the third. Bathroom with large shower. Separate toilet.
The 2nd floor opens onto the terraced garden with a beautiful sea view. Barbecue.
All around, it is the delight of the Côte Vermeille that will seduce you with its landscapes both for your swimming and for your hikes.
On the sea side, the many natural coves including the exceptional bay of Paulilles and the marine nature reserve of Cerbère are of great beauty... Take your mask and snorkel, and you are directly immersed in a scuba diving experience from these famous beaches. Coves and beaches of Port-Vendres within walking distance (20 minutes).
As for walks or hikes, very close to the house, the paths will lead you on one side to Collioure via the heights of Fort Elme, or even the Madeloc Tower (652m), with splendid panoramic views of the sea. On the other side, by joining the coastal path, the jetty, Cap Béar and Paulilles have the most beautiful views in store for you.
The Pyrénées-Orientales offers you a whole range for your cultural or festive outings. Nearby, Figueres (Dali) 1 hour away or Barcelona 2 hours away.
The vineyard landscapes along the entire Côte Vermeille will naturally invite you to savor the wines of Banyuls and Collioure.
On the practical side, rentals are only made in July and August, ideally every two weeks. Do not hesitate to ask me also from Sunday to Sunday, I will answer favorably if possible J
