    Good value hotel . Great connections to Universal parks . Staff are friendly and facilities are good . Housekeeping are excellent rooms are spotlessly clean.

    Pros: Staff are extremely nice. The room is clean, bed is very comfortable and the lighting is great. We had a good rest. Generally no complaints for the room and we will very likely book again Cons: Bar soap, no gel. Bus to Epic took a super long time. It was so much longer than their stated frequency. We wait more than 30 mins and had to take a cab. We ended at the back of the line when we reach the park.

    The deluxe king had such amazing views. We loved the rooftop bar with it's views and live music. The location of this hotel was the selling point. But the staff were great too. I was also impressed how the buses were always on time and ran so regularly. It was a great deal and we'll definitely be back again.

    I am staying here for 2 nights, there is no room cleaning , no change of all towels, anything also need to request. After a day long at Universal Studios, we still need to wait for the staff to send us the towel, very tiring.
