The food was great, although I thought breakfast was complimentary
Security needs to enforce rules around the pool, especially the hot tub. Too many small children under 12 playing in it

The suite was spacious with two bedrooms , two full bathrooms , a full kitchen ( with counter seating for 4 ) and a sofa and large tv in the space. It was like an efficiency apartment - with cooking appliances and stocked with dishes /pots etc. with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Great for a family stay. our view of the skyline and lake was gorgorus from the 17th floor . Spacious Pool with Poolside bar was nice too!
The King size bed in the master bedroom was way too firm for my liking , the cable TV's were difficult to use. We could not find a way to use streaming services from our own accounts as we have done in other hotels recently.
