About this house rental
Located on the beautiful intercoastal waterway and just a two minute walk across the street from the stunning white sand beach of Redington Shores. This three story townhome sleeps up to 10 or more with the pull out couches. Multiple restaurants in walking distance.
The space
**Waterfront** Spacious 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bathroom, 3 Floor, 2 car garage Luxury Townhouse with additional bonus room (not included in square footage) on first floor that leads out to the backyard and dock on the beautiful inter-coastal waterway, just a very short 2-3 minute walk to the beach.
Fully furnished and sleeps 8.
Third Floor with large open floor plan:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed with balcony opening to the intercoastal, Roku TV, desk, walk in closet, master bathroom with double sinks, with separate stand up shower and large Jacuzzi bathtub.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with large closet, plenty of dresser storage, Roku TV and partial ocean views.
Third Bedroom: Two full beds with Roku TV and partial ocean views.
Second full hallway bathroom with bathtub.
Full-size laundry room with frontload washer and dryer.
Second Floor
There is a large living room with balcony overlooking the intercoastal, dining area, spacious kitchen fully-equipped with multifunctional coffee maker, blender, kitchen tools, dinner ware, and anything else you should need, separate breakfast nook with partial ocean views, work area, and third full bathroom with bathtub. There are two pull out couches (one queen and one twin) on the second floor.
First Floor
Bonus room (not air conditioned) with couch, seating, and tandem two car garage, additional parking spot outside of home, and street parking and lots of overflow parking lot parking near by. The bonus room opens up to the backyard on the intercoastal waterway, a shared dock, a patio with a grill and table seating for four.
Beach supplies provided, including beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, cart, football, volley ball, etc. Cable, smart TVs, cards, and puzzles in the home for entertainment on a rainy day.
There are multiple shops and restaurants in walking distance of the townhome and many more a short drive away, including:

We were pleasantly surprised with how great this place was... clean, beautiful, good location. We had no car but there were things within walking distance (restaurants, kayaking, bikes, beach). The grocery store was 3 miles but we walked there and Ubered back. The beach is right across the street and there was EVERYTHING we needed.
My only suggestions would be more food storage containers and hot mitts and trivets. We actually ate in most meals dining on the porch and looking at the myriad of wildlife... dolphins, egrets, pelicans, Ibis'. Fantastic!
We'd definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the stay here. House was perfect for the family and the view was excellent. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo is beautiful and the location is great. Just some things that we would say, need a little improvement.
We still didn't have a door code after the 4pm check in (the host had said earlier in the week it would be provided the morning of check in) I messaged the host, no response for a bit, so chatted with VRBO online. They said call the host. We did, went to voice-mail, mailbox full. Eventually, we got a response from the host asking if we'd had trouble finding the condo. No, that's not what we asked. We can't get in! She then sent a door code.
Next, the pots and pans provided were not only old and in poor condtion, they were dirty and grimy! We were going to throw some in the dishwasher, but there wasn't any dw detergent or tabs. Nor did we think we should have to handwash pots and pans, just so we could use them.
There also wasn't a halfway decent corkscrew or a remote in the master, for that TV.
The lighting in the 3rd BR was frustrating because although there was a remote for the ceiling light/fan, it did not work well, at all.
And without even a nightstand lamp, that room was a bit of a problem.
The AC, although plenty cool at times, definitely had a mind of its own. It seems that even tho the thermostats were changeable, the temp dropped to 60 or less in the middle of the night!
Pretty expensive for just 2 nights, but we wanted to be by the beach...without these relatively minor, but definitely irritating, issues.
