Home away from home- Vacation Rental 103 is a Silver Tier . Three bedroom and two baths. Spacious first-floor (not ground level) condo. Comfortable Living room dining room combo. Full size, fully equipped kitchen complete with everything needed to enjoy dining at home. Living room and master bedroom with balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf. Flat Panel Televisions in living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has 1 queen size bed. Two full baths with double sinks. Private Tennis Court recently refurbished. Free wireless internet access. Free local calls. No smoking. Two parking spaces. On Beach Trolley line. Saturday arrivals only during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy 8. Redington Pier is no longer present.

We loved our stay. The location could not have been better overlooking the pool and patio area which were pristine. Beyond the pool was the lovely beach. Morning coffee on our balcony each morning was such a treat in addition to seeing the beautiful sunsets each evening. The condo was extremely comfortable and clean. We had no complaints about this rental and would definitely stay there again.

Unit 103 was not in very good condition and it was not cleaned properly. We had to call maintenance a few times for miscellaneous repairs and upkeep. The location and the building are great and the management company was very helpful.
