Directly beachfront with private balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf. Florida color decor. Spacious. This condo does not have recent updates as may be present in other condos. Living room and master bedroom share private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking the beach.. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Condo has DVD/VCR player with many movie choices. Condo also has stereo with CD player, board games, cards, many books to choose from. Full kitchen with double oven and large fridge with ice maker.
Sleeping accommodations include a king and double bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and one queen bed in the third bedroom. Free WiFi access. Telephone with free local calls. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer & Dryer.
No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy 8. - Redington Pier is no longer present.

We stayed at Sea Oats and our condos were great. One was a little more updated than the other, but you can’t beat the location and the easiness to check in and out. Easy access to restaurants and literally steps to the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was very nice with an amazing view! Kitchen needs some updates as well as some additional kitchenware. VRBO says check-in is at 10am but once you get the rental agreement, it says 4pm leaving us with a 5hour wait to get in the room. Otherwise had a wonderful time!
