The minute you enter the doors to this condo, you'll be primed for luxury. Located on Gulf Boulevard, right on the ocean. If you are looking for luxury living, this is the spot. It is right on the Gulf of Mexico where you can watch breathtaking sunrises and romantic sunsets. From the balcony, you will have a view of both the ocean and the pool. The resort has a private pool overlooking the ocean. It is walking distance from restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. A Spectacular Vacation Spot!
Located just 4 miles north of the hub of the city center, the beaches go on forever and are sparsely populated, giving you freedom from vendors and crowds. There are three great restaurants within easy walking distance. It's a quick ride in an open-air taxi or the bus to reach the Golden Zone or downtown with a huge variety of shops and restaurants. We are located in a very safe area and you can feel comfortable for those early morning or evening walks. The ocean is suitable for swimming, boogie boarding, and surfing. Palapas just in front of the condo protect you from the mid-day sun and the beautiful pool is large and great for lap swimming, or just playing. Decor was tasteful, comfortable and inviting. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, but location had plenty of options for eating out as well. The views from the balcony were incredible. Pool area was well maintained and peaceful. Access to the beach was easy. Owner was easy to work with. A+ property
