About this apartment rental
Our cozy vacation rental, No. 24, is located in the Residenz Vogelsand apartment building, right near the beach (about a 3-minute walk) in Cuxhaven-Döse. Our attic apartment has two bedrooms.
The first bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), modern furniture, and a flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has a modern, nautical decor. Two separate box-spring beds (90 cm x 200 cm)
are available for our guests. The mattress firmness can be adjusted to your preference. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.
The living/dining room, renovated in 2024, features a high-quality kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-burner ceramic cooktop with child lock, oven, exhaust hood, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker, as well as plenty of cutlery, dishes, and glasses.
The living area invites you to relax in its cozy sitting area. Current books, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a radio, CDs, DVDs, and various games are available for our guests.
Free internet/Wi-Fi with download speeds of 100 Mbit/s and cable TV.
The bathroom, renovated in 2024, is equipped with a bathroom radio, a cosmetic mirror, and a hair dryer.
On the southwest-facing balcony, which offers a partial lake view, you can enjoy the sun from noon until late in the evening. Binoculars are provided for you to watch the ships.
There is a safe in the apartment.
The parking space is right next to the building, and a single garage for bicycles and e-bikes is also available.
The building features a solarium, a washer and dryer (for a fee), a bicycle storage room, and a game room with a foosball table, table tennis, and a ball pit.
Our apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
For our younger guests, we have children’s books, CDs, DVDs, a toilet seat adapter, a baby monitor, and a bottle warmer; a stroller and a handcart are also available free of charge upon request.
Our Residenz Vogelsand is a beautiful vacation apartment complex consisting of an apartment building with 12 units and 3 separate Frisian-style houses, each with 4 units, located in Cuxhaven-Dose. It’s only about 200 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 24 vacation apartments for 1–4 people, each with 2 separate bedrooms. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building.
Recreational activities: Game room with table tennis, foosball, and a ball pit; children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at one of the largest seawater wave pools, the Thalassozentrum ahoi! in the nearby district of Duhnen.
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
