About this apartment rental
This comfortable 3-room apartment, measuring approximately 49 m², is located on the first floor of a small Frisian-style house. It’s ideal for seniors and families with up to 2 children (sandbox and playground equipment within sight), features a sunny south-facing terrace that opens onto a large lawn, and is located about 200 m from the beach, at the end of a cul-de-sac—so it’s quiet and free of through traffic. The H&P reception desk, restaurants, and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity. The apartment comes with a private parking space directly in front of the house.
The master bedroom, which can be darkened, features a double bed, a large closet (which also houses the safe), and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The children’s room (second bedroom) features a French bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a small table with two chairs, a wardrobe, and the apartment’s third TV.
The fully renovated bathroom features a towel warmer, a large mirror cabinet with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, and a rain showerhead with a handheld showerhead in the shower stall; the shower tray is 120 cm wide and has a walk-in design.
The living room features a cozy, brick-built open fireplace with a heating insert, the dining area, and a modern kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The room is rounded out by a cozy sitting area with a stereo system (radio, cassette deck, CD player, DVD player), books, and games for fun evenings for all ages, as well as a flat-screen TV with cable.
The two large windows in the living room offer a view of the south-facing terrace, which is bathed in sunlight all day long. There you’ll find a patio umbrella and a garden table with four chairs, as well as a comfortable lounge chair and a beach chair. Out of consideration for other guests, please smoke only on this—partially covered—terrace.
The apartment has a high-speed DSL connection, so you can work from home and/or stream content.
A single garage for bicycles and e-bikes is available for this apartment.
Our Residenz Vogelsand is a beautiful vacation apartment complex consisting of an apartment building with 12 units and 3 separate Frisian-style houses, each with 4 units, located in Cuxhaven-Dose. It’s only about 200 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 24 vacation apartments for 1–4 people, each with 2 separate bedrooms. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building.
Recreational amenities: Game room with table tennis, foosball, and ball pit; children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at one of the largest seawater wave pools, the Thalassozentrum ahoi! in the nearby district of Duhnen.
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
