The staff was incredibly helpful at check in and on check out. The building definitely brings the older building charm with modern amenities. The parking is close enough that it wasn’t an issue, especially given that the location is downtown Ashville. I would love to return and stay longer.

Wonderful hotel, clean, spacious, comfortable, and close to restaurants and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff.So many little extras. Will definitely be back.

We loved the Windsor! The staff were super friendly & helpful. It’s centrally located. We walked everywhere. We also enjoyed the room. It was roomy & comfortable & very clean. We will definitely return.
