    Great breakfast. Beach area and pool are very nice. Was glad there was a hot tub but didn't get around to using it. Did try the pool which was warm - the way I like it. The furniture in the room was older but you don't spend much time there. It was clean, two big pillows per person, only had two towels, could have used more but I always bring some with me, pool towels were worn but did the job. The big drawback is no wifi in the rooms. Luckily I took the weekend off otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere if I would have had to work. Was close enough to town that you could easily walk except for the fact that it was so hot. Wish there were a few restaurants closer by.

    Everything was amazing we had wonderful time, the ocean view is outstanding and food also amazing. The little rocks in the ocean you can see a lot of fish, so we had a good snorkeling, plenty of diving around deginetly recommend you to do. Hotel was amazing staff, cleanness and well maintained. Definitely recommend 👌 to stay in here, close to everything too.

    For the price, I think this place was reasonable. The room was not great, very outdated, but we liked the indoor hammock actually. We did not do the all-inclusive, but we had the breakfast. Breakfast was great with an ocean view. I liked that you could snorkel here because if you swim out, you can actually see some fish and starfish.

    I've been to four differrent 4 star hotels over the past five years - three in Cozumel (the others were the *** and the since closed ***. Cozumel H&R is defintely last in terms of experience. Sure this hotel is close to downtown San Miguel but given there is not much to see nearby as in no restaurants or bars or beach, it could be miles away. The most annoying thing missing was lack of in room Internet. Having to go to the lobby to send a text message seemed just too little in this day and age. I took the breakfast package and the offering was definitely uninspiring - what I'd expect from a ***. Bland scrambled eggs with hot dogs on the side? Plus items that should be on a lunch menu - heavily salted shredded beef or stewed vegetables. And one orange drink to wash it all down. The obligatory omelette station. The buffet lunch and dinner seemed to offer single item themes eg Italian night. No sit down ala carte food like the *** had. I give a thumbs up to the coffee station in the lobby from 6am to 10:30am. But I prefer a coffee station in the room. This hotel serves divers. Don't fall for any reference to "the beach" or "beach club". There is no beach unless you go farther south on the island.
