    The noise of tram and crowed keep bothering your rest time. The hostel doesn't provide any complimentary facility like basis toiletries, tea, coffee or even filtered drinking water. The rooms are without cooling system and without fans causing your stay highly uncomfortable especially during peak summers.

    Pros: social, big lockers, good activities, nice facilities, comfy beds and pillows. Cons: no curtains, small hang out spaces.

    Stayed in the 10-person dormitory. It was spacious, and most importantly it was well-lit. The staff was very friendly, and the facilities were all maintained very well and clean. It's suitable for those who want a quiet AND those who want to socialise, and they have a nice craft beer brewery underground. Will definitely stay here if I ever come here again.

    Asked the reception to change the bed sheets the very next day after check in because it was dirty. They did not got it changed even after so many requests. No kitchen and cleanliness is ok. No shampoo and body wash in washrooms
