    There is a city fee of 3.59 euros, in addition to 2 euros refundable key deposit that you should pay on arrival. The receptionist told me that you have to pay a city fee of 5.59 euros AND the extra 2 euros, if I didn't correct him he'd have charged me these 7.59 euros. Then just after 8 hours, I went to the same guy for checkout, he told me that you haven't checked in, until a third guy came in finalized my checkout and returned the 2 euros back. The reservation had "Lockers" listed under the facilities, but the receptionists told me you have to buy your own lock and key for 6 euros.

    The location is good, near Alexanderplatz with nice cafés in the area. However, the hostel is terrible, toilets were not working, there is a lot of noise, and basically no service. Hostel is a prolongation of the bar, but faciliteis are terrible.
