This is a very cute hotel with king beds in every compact room. The design is very well thought out. The food and drinks were good ESPECIALLY the complimentary breakfast. Impressive. Hot shower with a rainfall showerhead. Nice, helpful staff and inviting common areas. I will recommend and return.

Two minutes walk from the free CDGVal train. Friendly staff, modern amenities, spotless, comfy bed, quiet aircon, two towels, and blackout blinds. I haven't slept this well in ages

I got in late so needed to eat, the “restaurant “ is basically snacks not meals. Only pizza and snacks were available. Very disappointing. It was fine but I chose not to stop at a restaurant on the way because I thought the hotel had one. They should relabel it.

We're shocked and disappointed by the complete lack of service from Citizen M Paris CDG Hotel. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them, they've ignored our calls and messages. As a result, we were left in the dark about how to get to the hotel from CDG terminal 2, and we ended up spending the night at the terminal. The Hotel.com chatbot was equally unhelpful. It's unacceptable that we're paying for a service that's not providing any support or assistance. We demand better from the hotel and Hotel.com.

For an airport hotel, this one is amazing! Super easy to arrive from Roissypole (7 minutes walk), the staff is very friendly, the whole concept is designed to be easy and convenient, and it works. Rooms are tiny but you don't need more. I've slept in many airport hoteles and this one it on my top.
