The decoration. The pool area
The spa should have proper changing facilities and lockers. And better WiFi !!!

Excellent place, we visited in May so not too crowded. The hotel is great. If I were to visit again Mallorca, I would probably repeat.
Eternity to get coffee in breakfast in the morning, I think is a new hotel, some of the staff requires fast track training.
I think the hotel could aid to invest To dredge the beach area. Lots of sediment and algae that make the front shore messy, makes you think at first look if you made a good hotel choice for the family. None the less you learn later that once you pass that algae area then you are set into the clean turquoise water.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and super clean. We had a great stay.
Great breakfast buffet. Suite was a perfect set up for family as we could have the cot in the living room so as not to disturb our toddler.
Outdoor pool wasn’t heated (even though in the q&a they say it is) and was absolutely freezing. We couldn’t use at all during our stay.
Kids pool was so cold it would have given any small child hypothermia - not an exaggeration.
Pool bar food wasn’t the greatest - and is the only lunch option. We ate out most days.

Poor WiFi, poor cleaning standards of the room. The room never seemed to have been cleaned very well
