Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful and got us checked in quickly. Our room was specious and clean. They did a great job of cleaning every day, leaving clean towels and other necessities. We couldn't have done better, as far as location: less than one block from Duomo. The central location made it easy to use it during the day for dropping off shopping, or sweaters as the weather warmed throughout the day. I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Florence. If we return, this will be the place we choose.

Although they say breakfast buffet, that is not on site or made clear. Great location. Rooms nice. Confusing entrance but taxi figured it out.

Really good experience, they were even accomodating with our 1am check-in. Very clean, central location. Kind staff. Thanks for the small gift for my birthday!
