Most probably the best run boutique hotel we’ve experienced in our lives. From the attention to detail with small gestures, quizzes and presents to the excellent stunning architecture which incorporates functionality and beauty perfectly – we can warmly recommend this gem in the South Tyrol to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in the alps or to learn how to run a boutique hotel at its best.

Exceptional service - everyone goes out of their way to make every single guest feel special. Exquisite meals and drinks - make sure to try it all and savor the moment. Magnificent views - from all around the property! Impeccable premises - everything neat, clean, luxurious… great attention to detail. Hideaway above Bolzano - perfect place to unwind

Beautifully designed place, fantastic food, lovely people, luxurious and yet easy going. Fantastic spa, lots of attention to detail when it comes to decoration of rooms and dining space.

Pool surely is an attraction, but it’s rather small. more to plunge rather than swim.

Really lovely hotel with excellent friendly staff, and a great breakfast.

The room with balcony was very smartly designed and with a lovely view. We hired e-bikes from at he hotel and had a great day exploring the surrounding area, which is stunningly beautiful.

the Gloriette staff is probably the best in the world! they were kind and welcoming our entire stay and assisted with any request we had! they always figured out a solution for our needs. breakfast was amazing. the room was perfect. the view is breathtaking! a bit of a drive up the mountain, but most definitely worth it.

We didn't get the exact same room like was advertised in booking.com Instead we got some room which had a pointless infrared chair that wasn't comfortable.

I would dare to say perfect. The place is not really big but comfortable and welcoming. The staff is nice and smiley and the room (we booked the Suite) was definitely beautiful with a stunning view and a big, comfy bed. See you soon, for sure!

Accoglienza , gentilezza e pulizia. Cucina superba! Il panorama all’alba e al tramonto da qualsiasi posizione della struttura, era sempre eccezionale, da sogno!

Unica nota per i cuscini del letto troppo morbidi e per l’eccessivo caldo durante la notte a nostro parere.

Райский уголок!

Невероятно удобное расположение у отеля.Канатка до Больцано в 2 х минутах,там же трамвай по деревушкам и там же ярмарка в рождество,пусть и небольшая.Небольшой но очень теплый видовой бассейн.Звенящая тишина и спокойствие вокруг.Вкусные завтраки,очень хороший ресторан на ужин там же.Ну и отдельно отмечу работу персонала на 11 из 10!!!
