Tannenhof Alpines Lifestyle Hotel

Was Amazing, I went with my Wife for her birthday and they helped me to make of this an unique experience. Totally recommend; the place , food and first of all the attention of all the Staff is amazing ; so if you need anything don’t hesitate and talk to Alexander and Martina ,they helped us a lot!

We had a great stay at the Tannenhof. For us convenience was key and the gondola was an easy walk across the street. We stayed in a junior suite with two adults and a teenager and found the room just right, it had everything we needed and was spacious. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the facilities are good: big boot/ski room, convenient in-house ski rental, small swimming pool, good sauna/steam room. The food was very good, both at breakfast and dinner (we had half board). We would definitely return to the Tannenhof.

We stayed at Tannenhof for one week during UK February half term holidays. On arrival the reception staff were extremely polite and helpful and arranged the family ski passes for collection the next morning, at no extra charge. Car parking was available on site. Ski equipment hire was available at the hotel itself and was easily arranged prior to the children's ski lessons. The food was plentiful and of excellent quality throughout the stay and nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff. The room was furnished to a high standard and was very clean and maintained during our stay. The hotel is situated directly opposite the main gondola to the Alpendorf ski area, and is ideal as the main village stretch is on a rather steep road, which would not facilitate the transport at the end of the day of tired children and family ski equipment to a hotel situated higher up into the village. The ski area is well suited to families with children beginning their ski experience and we used the Toni Gruber ski school who were really excellent and had our kids skiing well by the end of the week. All in all, this is an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay once again should we choose to ski this area again.
