Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage, großartigem Spa und ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal, auch wenn Küche und Det

Das Personal war durchweg äußerst freundlich und flexibel, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr sauber und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Kulinarisch konnten das Salatbuffet sowie das Angebot an Brot und Käse überzeugen, und einige Gerichte waren wirklich gelungen. Außerdem war das Zimmer bis auf die Toilette modernisiert und bot einen guten Standard.

Leider wurde der Gesamteindruck durch einige Punkte getrübt. Zum einen war die Geräuschkulisse durch Baustelle und Straße störend. Vor allem jedoch entsprach die Kulinarik nicht dem hohen Anspruch, den das Haus selbst durch die Außendarstellung vermittelt. Viele Fleisch- und Fischgerichte waren zu durchgegart und dadurch trocken, Frühstücksgerichte (z.B. Eierspeisen) ebenso. Manche Zubereitungen wirkten unausgewogen – etwa zu viel Zucker/Zimt am French Toast, dick geschnittene Gurken oder rohe Zwiebeln im Omelette. Auch bei Käseauswahl und Präsentation hätte mehr Sorgfalt (z. B. Beschriftungen) den Unterschied gemacht. Dazu kamen qualitative Schwächen wie ein zu dünner Espresso (kein Siebträger), angetrocknetes Gemüse, sowie kleinere Mängel im Spa-Bereich (lose Geländer, kaputte Leuchten, hängende Kabel). Auch die vielen kleinen Fliegen im Zimmer durch fehlende Fliegengitter waren störend.

Definitiv ein schöner Urlaub!

Direkt an der Piste. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, ausgezeichnete Küche. Sehr schöner SPA-Bereich.

Adults only haben wir hier nicht erlebt…es waren definitiv „adults“ unter 18/16 Jahre…schade, denn genau das wollten wir nicht.

The staff was very friendly and always with a good attitude. They helped us to check in and settle quite fast and provided all information and support. They were very attentive to our needs. The view is another best thing there: both from the rooms and from the dinning area. SPA area is made in the way that there would be enough privacy for all the guests.

The only thing that could be improved from my perspective is treatments in SPA area (massages). It was not something I would like to try again and it did not provide the relaxation I was looking for.

Amazing wellness area and pool. Lovely rooms. Very comfortable beds. Best hotel breakfast I have enjoyed: Prompt friendly service and wide selection of options at buffet or to order and which is produced in jig time with a smile. Endless coffee as you like it. Beautiful selection of foods. Breakfast as late as 11am if you take a day off the slopes. Hard to credit the scale and quality of the mid-afternoon gouté that is provided at no additional charge. Staff were invariably pleasant. Seating for a large family (11) was no issue. Invited guests from next door hotel (same group) was without quibble. The Maitre was a great help with wine choices. Dinners were varied , delicious modest portion sizes of many courses and of the highest quality. Daughter leaving early was whisked by Patron to the train when taxi was late arriving. Discrete attentive service in a family hotel atmosphere but without intrusion.

The bar area is very pleasant but it is rather small and sandwiched between the several dining rooms. The alternative venue for family gathering is a library/lounge facing the reception desk, but it is often used for diners a few couples with lovely pet dogs, so not really available comfortably for a group before dinner though a lovely place for cards and a late drink.

Amazing!!!

Everything! Amazing view, cozy room and absolutely delicious food. If you want just to relax - there is indoor and outdoor pool with a stunning view. Great place for total relaxation surrounded by trees and mountains! We are definitely going to come back!
