ALMMONTE SENSUM SUITES - Funky Living Hotel

Unser Aufenthalt war mehr als perfekt. Haben ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen, nochmals vielen Dank dafür :-). Diana und auch die anderen Mädls, die uns beim Frühstück und Abendessen bedient haben (weiß leider die Namen nicht) sind so herzlich, lieb, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir sind schon in vielen Holtels gewesen, aber so eine Gastfreundlichkeit, Ruhe und Herzlichkeit wie hier bei den Mädls, hatten wir noch nirgends. Macht weiter so - ihr seit einfach toll :-)!

Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

loud music in wellness rest area - why is this needed? dangerous steps to the outside pool - in winter time

An excellent place to stay during your vacation! Clean, cosy and well furnished. Diana and the staff are amazing, willing to help and fulfil any request. An excellent breakfast with many choices and options, also for vegan and vegetarian people. Easy to reach and there is a free parking place.

The breakfast and the restaurant and front desk staff were very good.

However our stay was ruined when we were asked to pay €80 per person to use the wellness area on the day of our check out. When we asked to speak with a manager he was „too busy“ to come and speak with us. This was originally planned as a ski day but my friend was injured and could not stay in the hotel so we needed to change our plans for the day. I have never experienced such a low level of hospitality in such an expensive hotel.
