Les équipements étaient présents et la propreté était également impeccable !
L’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel était un plaisir !
Le check-in sans personnel nous a fait perdre 20-30min du fait que le prix n’était pas le même que celui indiqué sur booking. Nous avons dû appeler la réception.

Es war super sauber, das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.
Alles funktioniert innerhalb weniger Zeit per Check In Schalter. Selbst Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt!
Wir haben das Frühstück im Hotel nebenan hinzugebucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen- hervorragend.
Die Lage war top und es war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für schöne Aktivitäten in Wagrain und Umgebung.
Die Gästekarte mit Vorschlägen, Tipps und Events kommt innerhalb weniger Minuten per Email. Das kostenlose Freibad welches täglich genutzt werden kann können wir auch empfehlen.

Parkplatz, Frühstück (im Hotel unten), Lage
Heizung und Temperatur werden fremdgesteuert, für alle gleich, uns war es immer zu kalt, aber da kann man dann nichts ändern, ist vor allem im Winter ein no go
