Hotel is very close to shops and restaurants and very accessible. Room was good enough for us. Only things is the internet was not stable and they didn’t clean the sink and glasses. The spot on the sink I left behind was still there even after two clean ups.

It was very last minute trip to Hawaii and felt very lucky to be able to book something with reasonable price over the new years where you can walk to the beach and restaurants easily. Pool isn’t the best but we were very happy spending time on the beach and walks to diamond head and also to ala moana shopping mall. But most importantly we were very impressed with staff who were always willing to help us with anything. 5 star staff !!!

Ridiculous daily amenities fees and there was one night where we did not have hot water. We went to the lobby to ask about it and they said they were aware of the issue but it would be fixed the next day. In the meantime, they suggested we go and shower in a sister hotel that was at least 7 blocks from ours. You want me to take my toiletries, pj's, towel and walk 7 blocks to shower and come back? All they offered was to waive the amenity fee for THAT NIGHT as a form of "goodwill". Excuse me? That was the absolute LEAST you could do. Room itself was fine, pretty cramped, nothing to write home about. Location was great.
