    We had a nice time and on the first day the staff were lovely and cheerful and helpful. Got a room upgrade to a room with a kitchen which was kind but it only had a microwave in it. The room was really dark and very hot which I heard a lot of people say about their rooms at the front desk. The staff on the second day were quite off with us which was a shame but overall we had a good stay. The area is super quiet at weekends so you have to travel to get food or have a drink. Also not a big deal unless you don’t want to. There was a fridge in the room but it didn’t work. When we said to the lady about it, she said it’s not a fridge, it’s a cooler. Even so, it looked like a fridge, didn’t have a notice saying it wasn’t a fridge and our food and drink came out of it warm.

    After a few issues which were resolved by the excellent staff - great stay, great location and a lovely building near some great London spots

    It’s located close to the tube station, food places, a lot of work places and also close by to St Paul’s and Tower Bridge. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
