Cheap but very basic no frills Ps hot water is a frill Even basic deserves some standards Bfast advertised outside hotel is misleading no hot option Cpmmon stair way is very poorly lite quite dangerous The court was closed and a mess so had to stand in street for my last and first cigarette of the day Had to change room an issue that I had to attend pharmacy for to get cause confirmed Staff did change room as soon as I raised the issue DO NOT BOOK an economy room Shared toilet sink not working

Clean quiet family run hotel

Lovely little stop over hotel. Is a family run place with owner living on top floor and common spaces on each floor for the guests to share. It’s a low budget place to rest your head for the night.

Great value, clean, comfortable overnight stop.

This hotel is a cute, family run hotel. Don’t let the name, price or the outside put you off. It’s extremely clean, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. It was an overnighter opposite the train station and we are really happy with the service and facility for the money,

Perfect stop over on drive through France.

All good the hotel is ten minute walk up to the old town area, but excellent location for train station and car park right opposite. The rooms are basic and on the smallish side, but perfectly clean. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was available if you wanted it. You can’t beat it for value for a one night stop over.

Wasn’t happy stay in a room that smelled badly of urine

No toilet in the room, just a shower which judging by the smell was used as a toilet.No hot water to shower anyway! No holder for shower head. Toilet was on another level down stairs.

Superb

The location is very good where is nearby the train station and centre ville. The bedroom is clean. The boss is very kind let me check in when I arrive early.

I'm sorry I have to say my eyes are not so good to stay at the place not very bright because of the color of the wall in the bedroom but I understand it's a little bit Arabic style. The price is economical but I didn't recognize it have to go to public WC outside the bedroom.

Everything was clean. The room was comfortable.

The toilet was separate from the room and bathroom, and it was shared with the other rooms. I had to wait more than 30min by the entrance because the reception was closed. I had to call the place to say I was waiting.

Sadly disappointing- the room we had did not look like the photos on the website.

The gentleman on reception was friendly and helpful telling us where we could eat and where to park our car for a very reasonable fee but as it was the station car park it was very full and it was only by luck that someone vacated a parking bay otherwise we would not have been able to park there.

The room was very small and the bathroom door was louvred so not at all private. Quite dated but the bed was comfortable and clean. One towel was badly frayed so looked quite shabby. We did not feel comfortable outside of the hotel as there were young men loitering so we didn't feel safe.

Good location 5 minutes on foot from centre of Poitiers, with paid parking in car park opposite. Gentleman on reception during whole of our stay was very pleasant and helpful. we arrived at 10:15am -normally much too early to check in, but the room was ready -big bonus. Room was adequate in size with hanging space for clothes. Warm and comfy in room, bed and pillows comfortable. separate toilet and shower. shower was good - plenty of warm water. tea and coffee in room. good breakfast in the morning, with cold meat, cheese, yoghurts, fruit, juice, coffee and coissants.

Nothing really -shower space was a little small, but not a problem. we had a lovely stay.
