It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed when we turned up but Nicolas did an amazing job of checking us in and went well beyond his mandate in terms of finding us a solution to dinner. Truly excellent service.

Disappointed!

It was conveniently situated for where we wanted to visit. We were able to have our dog in our room and he had plenty of garden for his walks. We had our supper brought to our room - see comments.

Despite having our paper NHS Covid passes and our booster cards, we were not allowed to eat in the restaurant as the receptionist was unable to read the QR code on my husband's mobile! I was very disappointed as, having stayed in many Campaniles in France, I chose to stay in one because I enjoy being able to choose from their buffet style starters and desserts. There was no flexibility, unlike the hotel where we stayed the next night. I would like to suggest that they provide non slip bath mats, as the shower end of the bath was dangerously slippery.

From the very warm welcome during these testing times. The WIFI was adequate for my work needs and i never had a problem. With Covid still about all attempts by the hotel were in place.

For me the only negatives were, Breakfast was very basic and the Beds were not the most comfortable.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Thank you! Quiet room Parking lot open 24/7. Enough parking lots for free Cleanliness was given at breakfast. Social distancing was possible and staff cleaned up immediately. The outside premises of this motel are well kept. Rooms have roller blinds.

Not a hotel, but a motel. Rooms are accessible from the street for everyone. Only key cards, looking like simple punched cards. Did not seem very safe to us. But, on the other hand, Vire is a very quiet city. Cleanliness: hairs on the beds, only one towel each for showering, not one for the hands. Bath has not been cleaned properly and completely each day. We had to use our own soap the last 2 days, for the one from the motel was empty. Breakfast was OK, but not very varied (for example: just one sort of sliced meat and one sort of sliced cheese (shrink-wrapped, in France!) Unfortunately no safe available, not even for a surcharge. We did not have the impression that parts exposed to frequent touch, like door handles, had been disinfected. Access to lunch was restricted (health pass necessary), but not for breakfast. We did not understand that, in times of Corona.

Even if it was clean enough and quiet there were lots of little flies coming in the room possibly from windows (closed by the way) and woke up with bites . Also the bed wasn’t comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable for the price. Good location.

Room not cleaned at arrival. Small insects were all around the table. The rooms seems to be old compared to what we see in the pictures. Wouldn’t come back to this hotel.
