Room has not be cleaned, the door didn’t shut properly. Very noisy traffic on road out front (it is right by a traffic light with big trucks passing by all the time)

We had a problem with the reservation, but it was quickly managed. This problem was considered in the final price, very appreciated.

I suggest to use a software for reservation, not a book handwritten. :-)

Following our booking at this hotel, from the first moment, we informed the hotel that we would be arriving around 9 am to check in, with no response from the hotel reception. On the same day, as we were late, we informed the hotel again through the Booking platform that we would arrive closer to midnight. Again with no answer. When we arrived at the hotel, we found the hotel closed without a bell to ring. After waiting some time to see if anyone showed up, we called the reservation phone number, where a gentleman answered and informed us that he didn't have any reservation (only in French). After much insistence on telling the gentleman that we were waiting at the door, he agreed to appear. After about 20 minutes, a gentleman appeared on the street (who had already passed us when we arrived and was knocking on the hotel door) complaining about the time and that he was already at home when we made the call. After opening the hotel door, he informed us that he had the reservation - we saw the name in the reception book - but the two rooms that we had booked were not available anymore. We informed the gentleman that we had warned that check-in was going to be later, and at no time were we told otherwise. He told us he hadn't seen it and that it wasn't his problem. Every interaction was with bad manners, without the respect that should be due in a relationship with a customer. He presented, as an alternative to what happened, a room in his house without a bathroom, which was not at all acceptable as an option. We had to look for a new hotel in the area at that time, accompanied by a small child, due to the total lack of professionalism and care that this hotel showed. For these reasons, we want our money back, considering that the service wasn't delivered and caused us more trouble and expenses. The invoice for the alternative hotel for that night is attached.

Very convenient for a lovely walking area. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The air conditioning was set to 19 and we couldn't change it so too cold and we couldn't leave the window open as the road was too noisy.

Location very good with plentiful on street parking. Staff friendly and willing to help. At breakfast, two guests were eating everything leaving very little for anyone else. I asked staff to replenish stocks, which the young lady did straight away without any fuss or issue. Lift useful.

Location is good. Big free parking is very close. The personnel was friendly.

The cleaning in the rooms was OK, but not perfect. I would also recommend to react little bit quicker to refill the food for breakfast. Some plates were long time empty.

Superb , European Hotel for the small price . Very clean !

Front desk staff were polite and VERY helpful . Small room but had a writing desk and very nice shower / Bathroom ! I would definitely stay there again ; the attached 24/7 “ Open” Bar was a real plus ! Quaint , inexpensive and clean !

A queen bed and a singles bed, all on one 8sq m room! I did not feel the room was very tidy because of stains on the bed covers and weird traces on the bathroom floor. The high chair for babies in the restaurant area was dirty, I guess they forgot to clean it. Especially because of the Covid-19, they could have done a more thorough job with cleaning. To conclude, if the cleaning had been done impeccably, considering the price of the room, I could have considered it was fair. But I can't.

De locatie en voor te verblijven van een paar nachten is t prima te doen

Het ontbijt. Enkel de croissants waren goed. Er was bijna geen hartig beleg en de sinaasappelsap was bitter. We hebben 10€ per persoon betaald voor ontbijt. Was het geld eigenlijk niet waard. Oftewel neem geen ontbijt!! Airco op kamer 301 was defect
