If anyone is staying you should know there is only a costa coffee or McDonald's for food.
Remember to bring some spare tea or coff but there is probably more if requested. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bath needs some attention around the plus as its very rusty. The view was exceptional across the lakes with lots of house martins nesting in the eves.

Really easy to find, you have masses of parking available to you, and the bed was really comfy. The lake view is a huge bonus too - it was gorgeous to wake up to and not what you normally get view wise for a budget motorway services hotel haha.
Nice hot shower, clean bedding and towels, and everything worked and functioned as expected.
Would definitely stay again
