Nice location overlooking Ballyholme bay, and within walking distance of high street shops. Good size car park at the rear of the property. Staff (especially Chris) were very friendly. Comfortable room.
Breakfast was nice, but not exceptional. The mushrooms and brown bread did not taste nice. The sink in the en-suite has separate hot & cold taps. The temperature of the hot water was way too high. Problem can be easily resolved by lowering the boiler temperature.

Everything! Such a beautiful, homely quirky place to stay. Met by the owner Chris who upgraded me to a double instead of the single I'd booked. Such a beautiful room with an exceptional view out the bay window. Comfortable bed and linen. So quiet and the curtains did a great job of keeping the light out. The shower was off the scale for pressure! Lovely toiletries too.
The fact I couldn't stay for breakfast lol as I was short for time but I'll definitely be back again.
