A lovely big house, well equipped. Really enjoyed being in town centre and a few doors from coffee shop.

Was frightened for some little kids on bottom concrete stairs. Steps outside back door slippery when wet.

I would stay here again very good value for money

The character of the house was gorgeous, the owners were v friendly, accommodating& helpful. There were loads of snacks tea coffee & milk available on each landing for the morning or whenever you wanted them, which is a lovely touch. Taxi to city centre about £12

I loved the friendliness of the hosts. They truly make a welcoming place and are so understanding of everyone’s needs. The accommodation was clean and well decorated. Beds were comfy and newly made. Amenities were perfectly placed. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Belfast

Beautiful cosy room in a beautiful and clean house the neighbourhood was simply gorgeous. The host greeted me so welcomingly They offered complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits the centre of belfast was about 17 minutes by bus, very fast, very cheap and simple

there was a weird technical/smoky smell in the bathroom that seemed to get worse with time and I had to have the window open there it got a little bit chilly in the room in the evening and I didn't see any heater

Katy Perry Visit to Belfast!

Cute and cosy! Elaine gave us a warm welcome. Had requested earlier check in but ended up a good bit later and still very friendly. Nice to have healthy+sweet snacks available in the hall. Definitely recommend to family+friends.

Water pressure could've been better and curtains aswell as the blind as quite bright in the morning. Nothing major.

Negative experience in a lovely old house

Good location, and housekeeper was very understanding and friendly. He tried his best to accommodate.

I had top floor room. So no WiFi signal up there. Water pressure is quite poor and had to use shared shower room to take showers. Toilet pressure is fine. The front door lock was jammed in one night. So the key I had didnt work. I struggled for 20 mins before called house keeper for rescue.

Appreciated the breakfast items and tea and coffee as we weren’t expecting this. The mattresses were very comfortable and the books/dvds you could borrow was a nice touch.

Not the staffs fault but there seemed to be an argument going on in the hallway Friday night. The doors shut quite loudly and sound carries.

Beautiful, clean and modern facilities in a very upmarket area of North Belfast. My room was great and the hosts were super-friendly and super-helpful. They live on-site which is reassuring. Central Belfast as well as the Titanic Quarter are less than a ten minute drive, so if you don’t have a car, use the bus or get a taxi or Uber.

Somerton house is situated in a quiet beautiful part of belfast only a bus ride from Belfast centre hosts made you feel welcome and were very friendly and helpful in every way, will definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone who's wishing to stay in belfast

There were not many guests that day and the landlord gave us a free room upgrade. The biscuits they provided were particularly good. The reception staff were also very friendly. The room looked much better than the photos! If I ever come back to Belfast I would still choose to stay here.

Both mannix and Elaine were super friendly and helpful and very approachable. The area is beautiful and the city center was easily accessible. I really enjoyed my stay here at somerton house, The beds are comfortable and clean. The house itself is cleaned to a high standard and I would highly recommend the house to family and friends. I'll definitely be back again. Thank you for a lovely weekend.
