Exceptionally good value for money. Very conveniently located (near the Vatican and the Metro) in a safe and lively neighborhood. The check-in procedure was very straightforward and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope to stay here whenever I am in Rome!

Location is perfect, i can see the vatican from the window, very close. Finding the hotel is not easy and hotel owner is not comminicative. There were 2 telephone numbers but both were not responding, one was the number of pizzeria🤔. Breakfast is very nice and served to room directly on time. Rooms are small but very nice and clean. Car parking is very difficult even under payment.

The room is very convenient. It is literally just by St. Peter’s square and down the structure, there is a steak house that is very affordable and fire! Jollibee is just right there too and other stores that you might need. Not to mention that the metro train and taxi stand is also there. No need to walk too far.

**Title:** Worst Stay Ever – Avoid This Place at All Costs This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. You can’t even call this a hotel—it’s more like a scam. They’ve divided one apartment into several rooms and rent them out individually. Let me explain. The first room we checked into had an air conditioner that was so noisy, even when turned off, that we couldn’t stay in it. We asked them to fix it, so they moved us to another room. The second room was dirty and old. We asked them to fix the air conditioner and let us return to the original room, despite the noise being unbearable—happening every 10 minutes whether it was on or off. They promised to fix it while we were out, but when we returned, they had taken all of our untouched breakfast. They claimed they fixed the issue, but it was exactly the same, and no one was available to respond to our messages. It was such a terrible experience; we couldn’t sleep at all during our stay and were exhausted. Finding another hotel was difficult because there was no one at reception to even discuss a refund. This place is a complete scam. Please don’t stay here—you’ll regret it.

Kind of scary at first coz can’t find a reception area but after I called their telephone number someone met us and the rest of our stay was excellent. Close to restaurant and shopping area. Walking distance to lots of nice places. Friendly staff and helpful, clean rooms. I can recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The property was in a great location. I was supposed to receive the code for the door for my arrival which I never did. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were hard as a rock. The property offered breakfast which was ordered the night before. The food was not good at all. Despite those two problems we did enjoy our stay.

We loved our stay! Great location-only few minutes walking to Vatican. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was delish. The main roads can be noisy at night, but we used our sleep app so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Positive: 1)5 mins walk to the vatican 2) easy access to transportation. 3) neat and clean room negative: 1) if you are looking for an english or american breakfast this hotel is not for you. In my part the breakfast is too sweet. More on sugar. 2) a little bit noise outside but it should be ok if you only stay few days.

We stayed in this accommodation for 4 days and we had a comfortable stay. The location is also good and has plenty of amenities nearby. It is also close by tourist spots such as Vatican museum and St Peters Square. The staff were accommodating and helpful particularly Danica who assisted us and was very helpful throughout the stay. The system to access the room and building was pretty cool no need to have keys and the instructions were clear. We would suggest for breakfast that there should be more options on the menu selection such as cold cuts, eggs etc. as the breakfast options were particularly limited. Despite this we had a good stay in the accommodation.

La Cupola del Vaticano was a great hotel we stayed at. We arrived late at night, check in was still easy. Easy commute to all of Rome's famous sites such as The Pantheon, Fontana Di Trevi, Trajan, Spanish Steps are all within walking distance, and the Vatican is just right across the street, the metro is a couple of blocks away. Colosseum is about a 15 minute drive. Breakfast was delivered on time. Loved the location and service at this hotel.

We just left Rome on 8/21. La Cupola Del Vaticano is in a great location, we had a big room with comfy beds, and it was clean, the air conditioning was great, the elevator was small but without it, it could have been difficult to carry out our luggage to our room. Famous sites such as The Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Fontana Di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo are within walking distance, and the Vatican is just right across the street, the metro is a couple of blocks away. A lot of restaurants around, and right across the street there is a grocery store. The waitress "Bing" she goes by Bingo was very kind and very friendly, gave us advice regarding sightseeing, she brought breakfast up to our room every morning. Silvia, the Cupola'owner was great, the best way to reach her is through WhatsApp. She arranged for a taxi for us before we arrived in Rome and when we left.

The Good- Location! Location! Location! 5 minute walk to the Vatican City and the Metro Station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a 24 hr restaurant right across from the hotel. Complimentary breakfast delivered to your room and the assigned host was friendly and did a good job cleaning our room. The Bad- the room we had needed lots of TLC. The walls were dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint, The furnitures are cheap quality. The Ugly - The bathroom sink leaked the whole 6 nights we were there. Visible mold and peeling paints were very concerning and the unwashed/ dirty bed cove had stains and hairs on it It was disgusting! Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to convenience and the nice, hardworking staff made up for it However we would've loved it if the room was in better condition.

We arrived very early in the morning Rome time and we were met by a very kind,sweet concierge. She was extremely helpful with directions and recommendations. Most importantly, our room was cleaned every day and breakfast was delivered on time. The breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious. The room was cute and functional but not upper end. I have no complaints with the bedroom area, but the bathroom had some mold growth above the shower which clearly had been given some time to expand. I feel this is an exceptional deal and the location is perfect. Driving transfers to and from the airport were provided by the hotel owner for a reasonable fee and their drivers were extremely courteous and punctual.

This B&B is big and spacious with a small shower. The room was equipped with beverages for a price but it's in the heart of Rome. It's 5 minutes away from the Vatican Museum and all other areas. It can use a few upgrades such as painting. My FAVORITE PART ABOUT MY STAY WAS YOU SELECT YOUR BREAKFAST AND TIME AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOU. That was fantastic for us because we liked to sleep in.

Absolutely loved this place! The staff is courteous and it’s clean. Luigi is very responsive and even met us personally upon arrival. I reported a minor concern with the bathroom sink and within an hour Luigi was in the room addressing the concern. As a single mom traveling with 3 teens, I loved how safe and comfortable we all were. The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the Vatican with lots of restaurants around to choose from.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the local resources. Ema who checked me in was very quick and sharp. She would tell me helpful tips when I told her where I planned to go for the day. Breakfast was wonderful and plenty. The staff brought breakfast to the room. There was variety in the croissants which I appreciated. The room was clean and was big like the rooms you find in California hotels. The location is great, close to the Metro and the Vatican. The best part about my stay here was the wonderful staff. I am from California so I'm comparing this hotel to California and I will say this place is the best! They have an attentive and smart staff. They facilities are fine like those found in California. Stay here for your trip. I would certainly recommend this for all travelers. I traveled with my 67 year old mother and she really loved it.
