Really nice little hotel with very friendly staff. Metro and bus stop just outside the front entrance and easy access to all of Central Paris. A good bed and clean shower. I don’t think you can find better hotel in Paris at this price range.

The employees are extremely friendly, it is the best thing about the place, but unfortunately I had to cancel since for me the property does not have the necessary conditions to spend more than one night. I do not like to give bad reviews, but they should improve the conditions a little. It is also recommended if you want to save some money and have a very close metro that allows you to reach all of Paris.

I booked this hotel because we wanted to stay near the train station and this hotel was only 15 min away by metro. The ceiling in our room had a big bulge coming out of it. My husband touched it and apparently the ceiling had a type of fabric covering it. There was no shower curtain or glass on the tub and the shower head holder was broken. The pillows were flat and need to be replaced. Glad we were there only one night.

The hotel was fine for me as a 2 star hotel. It was relatively affordable and close to the metro. It could have been vacuumed better since I can see the dusty area where the vacuum head came up against. The printed Bed cover Sheet seemed dirty. My 2 night stay met my needs.

It's a great area near to metro and bus stop outside the hotel and metro station on the right the property itself had some flaws like the shower handle broken, but the room was cleaned everday even tho we didn't ask for it which is good stayed five day and I'm happy with my stay

We had 5 nights, 3 bedroom, overall it's good if you need a budget hotel. Near metro 200 meters from metroline 2 and 5. Only 3stops to gare du nord to train to CDG airport. The room was basic, bedsizes were as they described. Room was okay for the price. They clean everyday eventhough we don't ask which is a plus point. The safetybox is not working. Need to leave roomkey everytime you go out from the hotel. Breakfast was basic and fine, coffee, tea, juice and pastries. A little bit narrow dining area. Just one thing, we were in room 4 and please fix the shower handle. It was hard to take a shower with no shower handle. No elevator so need to take stairs. Okay to leave our luggages after we checked out and fetch in the afternoon.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and spoken English. Facilities were dated and lack of cleaning. Room was ok for space but also lack of cleaning. Bed lining was clean and confortable though. You get what you paid for, can’t expect much of a 2 star hotel in Paris. Close to metro station and easy to get to the major Paris attractions.

The guy who checked me in, Zaid, and his alternate in the night shift, were so cool and helpful. But the day staff, the woman, spoke to me and in general was arrogant. She saw me in the morning asked "Who are you?" as if I was some person off the street. That woman just ruined it all for me--there was an air of being superior and arrogant in the way she treated me. Not a good experience primarily because of this woman. Not a good representative for the establishment.

Tiny room, dodgy light fittings, broken shelves, one tiny pillow per person, not enough towels provided, a window looking out onto a wall of bird mess and don't expect to be spoken to nicely by one particular member of staff if you ask for additional towels or politely ask if different room is available...

We stayed here as a way to experience Paris for a couple of days on a budget, and it delivered. Tucked away in a part of the city without many hotels, it may be compact but it provides a great base of operations right on a metro line. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was included, albeit just bread and morning beverages. The main concern I would express is noise level; both the volume from the outside and from other rooms was a little much.

Really nice staff, clean rooms in good condition. 3 metro lines, shops and fast food in the near, good and safe location even in the evening. The rooms are small, the street is noisy in peak hours, the heating is not so powerful, but the place is very good for short stays.

The hotel was very noisy with paper thin walls and you could hear people coming until about 2am. We couldn't get the wifi to work.On the plus side- the staff were very helpful and friendly giving us good tips about what was the best transport to take. It was fairly well located near a couple of metro stations and it felt safe enough walking around late at night

Arrived to our room which was set up with a travel cot even though we were a young couple with no children. Room was quite small and a little run down. The door handle for the bathroom fell off in my partners hand and there was a little hole in the roof of the bathroom. On the plus side the bed was comfy and we had a good nights sleep. All in all we were a little disappointed with our stay. Better value for money to be found elsewhere.

The headboard of the bed backed onto a WC - noisy. There was nowhere to hang anything the wardrobe rail had been broken. The door handle to the room had also been damaged making it difficult to open and the shower head was loose making it difficult to shower. Rather run down.

Fantastic service hotel staff very friendly, helped us book tours. Location was brilliant 3 minute walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The area was clean and safe. Hotel room was clean towels provided, cleaning lady came each morning. Safe provided in the room. The room was a little on the small side but no other complaints. Will definitely return whenever back in Paris again!

Does what it says on the tin! Great price and brill location in wee residential area.Lots of cafes, boulangeries, and supermarkets. Metro station practically at the door. Perfect if on a tight budget and are out all day being a tourist . Very hot in July, and no air-con makes a good nights sleep mega difficult..even with windows open. If you ok with that...a wee find!

On arrival we were given keys and to our room. This turned out to be a twin room not the triple booked, after complaining we were told it was the last room and it was tough. I pointed out the bed was for a 4yr old and at 8pm they squeezed another single bed in the room leaving no floor space. The safe was broken and repeated complaints were ignored. Booked breakfast was not ordered and was expensive. We asked for a taxi to be booked a day in advance and they didn't book one. The bathroom doorframe was rotten, there was only one plug socket in the room, no apologies or discount was offered for not providing the room booked/poor service.

The hotel is near metro stations Bolivar and Jaures and has good amount of shops and food places nearby. It is an adequate place to stay the night as a tourist who is out for most of the day, but keep in mind that it is a 2-star hotel so there are not much amenities. Otherwise, the people at the reception desk were helpful.

Excellent location for metro and tourist sites in Paris. If you're looking for plush and pampering, this is not for you. Biggest downside - bed too hard! Definitely worth it for the price.
