A small hotel with easy parking on the street. (They told me which side to park due to street cleaning). Very clean and staff is very friendly. The air conditioning is via the floor which was not enough air circulation for me so I asked for a fan and than it was great. Good walking distance to the center. Next time I’ll go back to it again.

Sara was wonderful! So helpful and friendly. The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance to the downtown area of Siena. We took a taxi to the Duomo on our first day so we could see where things were and then walked everywhere the rest of the time. An excellent room (we were ground floor and I don't think there were elevators so be careful if that is an issue). It was bright and airy and quite comfortable and clean.

What can I say. This was our first time in Siena and my first time in Italy for some 28 years. Jimmy is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble for him and the rest of the staff. They have great knowledge of Siena and the surrounding area so you can really go and do and eat and drink like a local. The rooms are clean, well appointed and maintained excellently. The breakfast had just enough variation without being overwhelming and is a great start to the day. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Siena and the surrounding area. We base ourselves here for a whole week. Finally, the hotel’s terrace must have one of the best views of Siena, taking in the Duomo, Torre del Mangia and much more. I cannot recommend a stay here enough. If we visit Siena again we will definitely be staying here again.

Great hospitality at this wonderful hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive, offering lots of advice and serving drinks on the scenic terrace. Our room was tastefully decorated with a lovely original fresco visible on the ceiling. Just a short walk into town with lots of restaurants nearby and free street parking outside. Our only complaint was that we visited during an unseasonably cold and wet patch of weather, yet the rooms were really hot at night with no fan or air conditioning which disturbed our sleep. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very charming hotel just outside the village of Siena, Italy. Very kind employees during our stay. We greatly appreciated the restaurant recommendations. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable.
