    On my second day of this trip, I spent the whole day out shopping and sight-seeimg. I always have made it a habit to place the DO NOT DISTURB sign outside the room because I never have required for any turndown of the room service. To my shock and DISAPPOINTMENT, I saw two new pillows being placed neatly on my bed! That would mean someone from housekeeping came in without permission despite me placing the DO NOT DISTURB sign at the door. I was furious and asked the housekeeping lady standing near the lift area, she claimed to be the manager, why did her staff enter my room WITHOUT PERMISSION. She seemed scared (and suspicious tbh!) and asked me for my room number. When I told her the number, she "claimed" that she had received instructions from the reception that I requested for the pillows, which clearly I DID NOT! I stormed down to the reception and asked them for verification. Both the female and male staff (who were very polite btw) said no one had made such request on my behalf. I am posting this experience of mine because I started feeling that there was something going on with the Housekeeping staff when I arrived. They seem to be "observing" guests who have left their room etc... This made me very suspicious of the place. Thankfully nothing was missing and I had my iPad locked. Please reconsider your accomodation option and avoid staying here unless it is only for a night or two. The only consolation would have to be the receptionists at the check-in counters who were very helpful. Other than that, I do NOT recommend this super basic hotel. Thanks.

    Hotel has centralised AC that's set at 19C for summer and 25C for winter. Room was very warm so had to open our window however we didn't had a good night sleep due to multiple mosquito bites that's coming from outside. Location is perfect, room is clean with basic amenities, staffs are very friendly as well. Would have considered coming back if not for the terrible experience we had.

    It was convenient but 20 min from center. Continental breakfast was ok, parking was convenient.
