Staff were incredible, sent my parents on a trip to lake garda and they went above and beyond to help me when they ended up getting stranded due to public transport strikes etc. Really couldn't fault them, all the staff at aktiv hotel from booking to check out were fantastic! Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

The staff were sooo helpful they went beyond to help me with a difficult package stuck in customs. The room was perfect and the breakfast was the best in europe
