I loved how the bathroom sink had a shelf as well counter top space so getting ready to go out had a nice set up. The location was perfect and we absolutely loved the breakfast there at the hotel! Soo many wonderful choice of food options! Staff was very helpful !! Will definitely stay there if I go back to Madrid :)

The location is perfect. It’s close to a lot of shops and restaurants and for all of the activities we did, it’s was a 10 minute walk to everything. The staff is amazing, they are very kind and helpful.
I stayed while they were renovating the facade of the building and didn’t have any issues with noise or dirt however we were not able to use our terrace - which was fine because the weather was not warm enough anyway.

I booked 4 rooms for our group and everyone was satisfied. One room was a little noisy with street noise bcs it was closer to ground level. Otherwise everyone slept well, the rooms were clean and well appointed, staff was friendly and the location was perfect. I recommend this hotel.

Amazing Room with terrace and spa. Very usefull when its 38 C in Madrid.
Very well located about 5 min walk from Sol station which takes you to the airport for 3 Euro.
Everything was perfect.
